More from Elizabeth Yarnell (see December's spotlight below). In addition to the fantastic new cookbook, Elizabeth hosts a regularly updating blog on healthy eating and living. I always find something new and helpful.

What happens when an Oxford-educated professor of music marries an

I am in awe of Mike Spradlin.
(Yes, I know, the website is the very official
sounding Michael P. Spradlin, but he's always
Mike to me.) I have enough trouble trying to keep my
regency world straight in my head, and he's juggling
templars, teenage spies, and Daniel Boone. For those
of you looking for books for your kids (and I know there
are more than a few moms out there!) you have to check
out Mike's site.

Nepotism alert! Elizabeth is my

mothers are twins, which
I think might almost make us sisters. But I digress. Effortlesseating.com has so much wonderful advice for people trying to juggle a busy
life and still eat healthfully. Check it out!

Whatever you do, do not miss the "My
Favorite Hero" story on the About Elizabeth page. And Elizabeth's
blog is fabulous. I'm not much of a blog reader, but hers is always
interesting. (And I say this despite the entire
entry devoted to impugning me and my fondness for handbags...)

I love this website. And I'm not
just saying this because there is a picture of me with Nora Roberts.
Paranormal romance is all about world-building, and when you click

Is it just me, or does this site
make you want to go shopping? The whole thing makes me feel like
I'm holding an utterly delicious shopping bag from Tiffany's.
(Interesting side note: Jennie and I went to the same Connecticut
boarding school, both on scholarship. We even had the same English
teacher!)
